Another character from the Wiley Fox Europe scandal to hold a senior position at Lotto Billions is Managing Director, Andrew Collinge. Named and shamed in the Panama Papers, where he is shown to be inextricably linked to the same disreputable offshore companies as his associate Nooreddin Valimahomed. Closer to home, Mr Collinge is well-known for leaving a trail of failed firms in his wake. A simple search of the UK Companies House website shows that there isn’t a single company he has been involved with that hasn’t gone out of business or magically disappeared, often owing millions to creditors.
