Khalid Virani, the company’s Legal Counsel and godson of Nooreddin Valimahomed, who lists his profession as “Lawyer” on Companies House, was publicly exposed for having a drunk driving conviction, something he has gone to great lengths to hide. He too boasts an extensive rap sheet of dissolved or bankrupt companies and dodgy directorships including WileyFox Europe Limited and his role as a co-director of the hotel group run by his disgraced father, Salim. Salim Virani was brought to book for putting both his staff and hotel guests “at risk of serious injury or death” for his wanton disregard for the most basic regulations relating to fire safety, displaying appalling judgement in the wake of the tragic Grenfell disaster. As the Legal Counsel for Lotto Billions, Virani is responsible for the company’s horrendous Terms and Conditions (see ‘The Scam’).
