Khalid Virani loves to strut around like a legal eagle at Lotto Billions, rubbing shoulders in Chelsea’s swankiest bars and clubs. Especially the bars! However, Virani is nothing more than a phony lawyer, lacking the credentials to back up his swagger and possessing a business track record that is a horror show.
Recently, the chubby, greasy-haired schemer has sunk to even sleazier depths by teaming up with disgraced solicitor Franklin Price, a “consultant” at legal firm Judge Sykes Frixou (“JSF”). Price was previously a partner and “top litigator,” at Jeffrey Green Russell, a law firm that was put into administration in 2015 and finally liquidated in March 2024.
Shortly before the firm began to disintegrate, Price hit the headlines after abandoning the defamation case he instigated against his former landlords who branded him “unscrupulous” and accused him of spending his money on “hookers” instead of paying rent.
In a brazen move, this clueless duo has launched a consultancy, touting themselves as experts in managing legal and financial matters. Their audacity is astonishing, considering their own business, Segrada Price Limited, is struggling to stay afloat, facing strike-off actions and warnings for late filings at Companies House.
So, who’s the common denominator here?
Like Virani, Price has been thick as thieves for years with the nefarious, nightclub-loving con man Nooreddin Valimahomed – the same crook JSF represented when he was accused of swindling a Russian bank out of £9 million.
Now, the allegedly hooker-loving Price and booze-hound Virani have knowingly aided Valimahomed’s latest twisted scheme by sending intimidating threats disguised as “legal letters” to help him obtain property by deception.
In this sordid saga, Valimahomed has not only dragged his Lotto Billions cronies deeper into the mire but has also implicated his ex-wife Rozmina and student daughter Anya Valimahomed as accessories to his latest con.
However, time is running out for Valimahomed and his crew of bottom-feeders as evidence of their latest scam piles up. It won’t be long before the long arm of the law comes knocking to haul off Valimahomed and his co-conspirators.
The burning question remains: Who will be foolish enough to defend them in court when their shady “legal advisers,” Virani and Price, are set to be cuffed alongside them in the dock?
