NOOREDDIN VALIMAHOMED:
20 COMPANY LIQUIDATIONS, BANKRUPTCY & MISSING FUNDS

Nooreddin has a history of establishing companies using deceptive practices and financial manipulation. Across various jurisdictions, such as the Isle of Man and Cyprus, at least 20 companies linked to the family have faced liquidation, resulting in significant losses. The collapse of Fly Phone in Russia is a notable case.

Nooreddin, claiming to be the founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Emeralds Holdings and Lotto Billions faced a personal lawsuit from a Russian bank regarding a £9 million loan he secured for WileyFox before the company collapsed. The case revolves around whether the loan agreements resulted from fraudulent misrepresentation and duress by the insolvent bank’s previous management.

Nooreddin’s LinkedIn profile, where he boasts about successful business endeavours, raises doubts upon scrutiny. Claims of exiting businesses through sale to Marvel and success as an investor in Soulife Records appear dubious, with public records suggesting financial troubles, liquidations and bankruptcies.

Nazim Valimahomed, another family member, claims success as a marketing expert, particularly with Cadbury Schweppes in Russia. However, this claim seems questionable given the tumultuous history of Cadbury Russia Limited and Nooreddin’s bankruptcy due to the company’s failure.
