Emeralds Holdings Limited, a UK-registered company, is the ultimate beneficial owner of Lotto Billions. Today, it is exposed as operating a scam investment and mentorship operation, with several members of its management team accused of intimidation, assault, and harassment.
A reliable source has provided proof of a criminal investigation currently being carried out by the Metropolitan Police into members of the firm.
The website for Emeralds Holdings Limited (www.emeraldsholdings.com/) claims that the company and its team are qualified in: “creating opportunity” and having expertise in” launching and managing startups” whilst “always looking for the next big idea“.
It goes on to say: “Emeralds Holdings was founded in 2022 and has since developed a rich network of global business partners. We make early and transformational investments in companies that have the potential to do great things. Our dedicated team is made up of seasoned investors who are looking to partner with hard-working, visionary entrepreneurs.“
According to the source, the company is nothing more than a shopfront to con both entrepreneurs and potential investors alike. It is run by a group we will refer to as the 3Vs:
Michiel Van Der Klooster (Sole Director)
Nooredin Valimahomed (Founder and Chief Strategy Officer)
Khalid Virani (Legal Counsel)
The 3Vs use Emerald Holdings Limited to procure information from entrepreneurs to obtain access to Intellectual Property and minority ownership in the new venture under the guise of bringing new investors on board.
These promises of promoting the next “big thing” to their network of “seasoned investors” are hollow. The 3Vs deceive entrepreneurs into parting with a share of their venture as advance “payment” for the “mentorship and investment raising services”. They then obtain as much classified information from their victim as possible: about the product, the services, the business plan, intellectual property, etc.
Once they have taken everything they need, they fabricate reasons for not working with the entrepreneur any more. They have a catalogue of stock reasons for this, such as: “no interest” from their investor network, “the business plans are fatally flawed”, or that this hard-working entrepreneur is “impossible to work with”. They then beat a hasty retreat, ensuring they have kept their part-ownership in the venture. After all, what if the venture becomes worth something? The 3Vs want to hedge their bets and ensure they can still cash in, should such a scenario present itself.
If the victim has the gall to speak up against these con men and bullies and requests for shares to be returned, threats of legal action and fake accusations of wrongdoing on his part ensue. It is a shabby trick to get their mucky fingers into many pies without parting with any cash themselves.
However, it is far worse than that. If someone approaches them with a genuinely excellent business proposition, you would think they would break with their usual underhand ways and try to help take the idea forward. After all, if it is the next “big thing“, there will be plenty of profits to go around. But remember, we are talking about the 3Vs. Why would they help someone make a success of a phenomenal business idea for just a minority share of the company?
They won’t. Not when they can steal all the information and IP gathered during their “due diligence” and set up their own company and implement the idea and keep all of the profits themselves. They probably think this is clever and that there is nothing anyone can do to stop them.
Unfortunately, they are not as bright as they think they are. While stealing somebody else’s idea by misleading them might be a laborious and expensive case to argue in civil court, instigating criminal charges for obtaining property by deception is much more straightforward. The Police and the CPS make sure of that. So, if their victim is smart enough to keep all the evidence, there could be some serious criminal charges to face.
The trusted source warns anyone with a great business idea: “Do not be tempted by the false claims on Emeralds Holdings’ website. If you are already one of their victims, make sure you keep and collate records of every interaction with this bunch of crooks – it will make the job of the Police much easier.”
